Matchbox 1/72 Messerschmitt Me110D

That will do for the cockpit I reckon and good enough for what you will see through the canopy. It’s not perfect but better than what I had to start with;

It was sprayed black first with Mr Hobby RLM02 Grau used for the interior colour. Details such as the ammo magazines were painted with Vallejo black and seat belts painted with Vallejo Iraqi Sand. When dry the cockpit was given a dark brown wash using Mig Productions stuff followed by a dry-brushing with Vallejo light grey.

I can now start getting the model together and hopefully done before the end of the month….maybe….

I've been a modelmaker for a verrry long time and still show no signs of growing out of it after 50 plus years. I mainly build tanks, aircraft and paint figures but generally do whatever takes my fancy whether it's historical, Science-fiction, a 'what-if' or because it has pretty colours and looks nice. I'm hoping that you find my blog interesting and useful, particularly if building a model that I have built and documented here.
